About Zilch To 5K

Plan your calendar for this year’s classes April 11th thru June 14th! Going onto it’s 8th year, Zilch to 5K is a class where “fast” is a 13-minute pace. The staff at Tortoise and Hare Footwear will be on hand to help you find the right shoes for your arch type. Participants are not expected to be at every walk/run. However, to get the most out of the class, doing the suggested workout for the day will be beneficial.

Zilch to 5K is a TRUE BEGINNER RUNNING/WALKING CLASS IN THE TWIN PORTS whether you choose to walk or run a 5K. You comfortably train exclusively with those who are beginners or perfer to move at a slower pace.

Through this class you will: Learn how to run or walk a 5k safely. Learn how to use Theraband. Perform yoga, cross training and more!
