Group Run Frequently Asked Questions

Join us every Tuesday at Bent Paddle Brewing, 6pm year round! This is a free run group with no sign up fee or subscriptions. Come join us when you can, no worries if you can't make it. This a group for all paces, from sub 8 to 12+ paces. Whatever your pace, you are welcome.

For safety concerns, we can only take ages 12 and up, and we do require a parent/guardian to be present.

These runs are meant to be an easy, social event. We are not training for anything, simply getting out there and enjoying beautiful Duluth, and socializing with other cool folks! Afterwards, all are welcome to hang out with beverages at Bent Paddle Brewing!
