The Zilch to 5K group is a great way to enjoy spring weather. The group experience promotes getting out, exercising, being amongst friends and meeting goals. This year’s classes run April 11th thru June 20th, 2019
They recently started walking, jogging, stretching, and doing core exercises. On Saturdays you may see them out biking! They are working hard to prepare for the William Irving 5K during Grandma’s Marathon weekend, June 14–16.
